      * Bug 660 | Control Modules support new 'RecordStop' action
-This command is sent when record devices need to stop recording.  Needed for Case 1212.

      * Bug 1212 | The TCD/IP does not stop the TCD RP properly
-When recording and playing with a TCD/IP, sending a stop to a player would also send a stop to the record.  This has been resolved by adding a 'RecordStop' event, which only stops the record.

                          * Bug 1415 | Sending Autopilot doesn't Say "Sent Successfully"
-In some cases, a successful autopilot send wasn't reported as such.

      * Bug 1480 | Event list handling in control modules is inefficient
-Sending autopilot for long durations of schedule could cause the send to time out.

      * Bug 1567 | Cue times can cause misleading results when sending back to back shows
-Video servers would often wind up bumping shows when it didn't need to, and assigning them to a single server output.

                * Bug 1641 | Schedule-based plugins don't generate the correct range of schedule
-Some didn't take bump times into account, and others generated schedule as far into the future as possible.

                * Bug 1657 | Reporting throws error when fields contain a single quote
-We missed a spot in reporting when quoting strings in the database.
