-Fixed an issue loading fonts already present on tvOS.

      * Bug CSL-744 | Analog clock hands are not in correct location
-Fixed positioning of analog clock hands.

                          * Bug CSL-443 | Countdown Clock Bulletins Don't Render Seconds
-Fixed an issue where countdown clocks would not render seconds on Apple TV. It now shows the seconds.
