-Windows 10 support for Carousel 6.6.3 Player software.

                * Bug CSL-217 | Facebook Low Res Images
-The resolution of images in Facebook bulletins has been greatly increased, allowing you to see more details of every post!

      * Bug CSL-232 | Interactive Bulletins are Sometimes Displayed Behind Player Application 
-Fixed an issue where interactive bulletins would show behind the display engine. Interactive bulletins are now displayed in front of the player software as intended.

      * Bug CSL-220 | Carousel Monitor Control Control Codes for Samsung are Incorrect
-Updated the default Samsung IR codes on new database installations.

      * Bug CSL-219 | GroupName is not properly removed from conditional blocks
-Fix an issue in event bulletins where the GroupName property could not be correctly removed if the field was empty. 

      * Bug CSL-231 | RSS Bulletins Fail to Download HTTPS Content Using Some Secure Protocols
-Resolved an issue that would prevent HTTPS content protected with TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 from displaying in Carousel.

      * Bug CSL-233 | Database Migration can Consume all Licenses if some Players have Duplicate HardwareIDs
-Fixed an issue that could cause all or most of the player licenses to be overwritten in the event that multiple players shared a common HardwareID.
