      * Bug 1513 | After inactivity timeout, the Carousel header sometimes remains
-Added some more appropriate javascript to reset the frames.

      * Bug 1555 | An error can occur if you reset the password of a locked-out user
-We disabled the button that allowed for password resets if the account is locked out.  You must unlock the account before resetting the password.

      * Bug 1628 | More stern warnings before running the 5.0 migration tool
-This tool can cause some massive data alteration if run multiple times.

      * Bug 1661 | "Email supplied is invalid" error occurs when updating a user account
-We now trap the error and report back that a different email address should be used.

      * Bug 1729 | Error occurs when resetting the password of a locked-out user
-The reset password button is now disabled, forcing you to unlock the user account first.

      * Bug 1776 | Errors in unlocking accounts aren't reported
-Added a spot for error messages to be presented.
