      * Bug 2906 | Service doesn't reconnect to database if connection is lost
-If the database server wasn't running when the service started, the remoting connection that the DisplayEngine uses would not work until the service was restarted.  It has been corrected so you no longer need to restart the service.

      * Bug 3007 | Missing app.config setting for service database
-Missing the setting for the data adapter in the service's app.config file which made it difficult to configure certain enterprise installations.

      * Bug 3011 | Corrupt bulletins will cause service not to update cache
-Corrupt bulletins that could not be loaded from disk could cause the service to stop loading data prematurely, resulting in an incomplete set of channels, zones or bulletins on the Display Engine.

      * Bug 3033 | When using the EDSProxy DB, if any field has a null value, the page never gets rendered
-EDS now compensates for data that isn't completely filled out in the proxy database.

      * Bug 3034 | LEADTools dll is missing and/or not registered
-A missing dll caused certain media types to fail on uploads.  Specifically applies to Photoshop (.psd) files.

                          * Bug 3040 | Database connections aren't closed when editing several bulletins in a group
-Fixed a bug where database connections were being left open. You should now be able to edit groups of several bulletins without having a database error.
