      * Bug 825 | Error occurs when attempting to cancel changing password
-If a user's password expired, they were taken to a Change Password page that gave them an option to cancel, which caused an error.  Now, when a password expires, there is no cancel option.

      * Bug 960 | Quoting issue with saving Notes field to database
-Fixed database quoting problem.
