      * Bug 8735 | Remove Digital Files that are not contained in current port settings
-Added a routine that removes digital files that are not contained within a folder defined in the Control Module Sets Port settings field. This resolves an issue where reconfiguring a server would still display files that it was not configured to play.

      * Bug 8871 | Reels with length of 0 are displayed as an error.
-When editing a Show record any Reels with a length of 0 are now in an error state.

                * Bug 9149 | XList export incorrectly excludes subcategories
-Fixed an issue where generating an XList schedule would exclude subcategories because they were thought to be invalid. Valid subcategories will now be included in the export.

      * Bug 9404 | Live Streaming does not correctly report stream bandwidths to players
-Fixed an issue where the streaming playlist was incorrectly reporting the stream bandwidth in kilobits per second rather than bits per second. This could cause players to try to download a stream their connection could not support.
