Cablecast 5.2.12 Release Notes ========================================================= * Bug 8859 | VODs can become stuck in the transcoding stage -Fixed an issue where VODs could be come stuck in the transcoding phase due to a missing file. Now the VODs will eventually time out causing a failure. Once failed, the VODs can be re-queued for transcoding. * Bug 8930 | Digital File Management incorrectly parses files names that contain periods -Fixed an issue where the extension of a file was incorrectly parsed. This would be apparent during a rename operation where the current name of the file would be presented incorrectly. * Bug 8945 | Schedule events at 23:59:59 can not be modified -Fixed an issue where schedule events at 23:59:59 were not presented on the current day. This prevented them from being edited or removed. These runs will now be displayed properly. * Bug 8996 | Auto Schedule Batch function fails when a day of week is not selected -Improved the error message presented to the user when a day of week is not selected while using the Auto Schedule batch function. * Bug 9091 | Fill Gaps with Project batch function excludes programs exactly the length of gap -Fixed an issue where the Fill Gaps with Project batch function would not schedule a Show if its TRT is exactly the length of the gap. Now these shows are allowed to be scheduled. * Bug 9174 | Improve Autopilot error message when schedule contains no runs -The error message now clearly indicates the date range that does not have any runs. * Bug 9176 | URL validation incorrectly validates URLs containing whitespace -Fixed an issue where the URL validation feedback, when configuring VOD and Live Streaming, would display a URL containing whitespace as valid. These URLs are now flagged as not being valid. * Bug 9403 | SX Servers incorrectly validate h.264 files without AAC audio -Fixed an issue where SX servers would incorrectly mark h.264 files without AAC audio as valid. AAC audio is required for h.264 files, and the SX Server will now mark any files as invalid if they do not meet these requirements.
