                          * Bug 8693 | SX Servers fail to down scale HD files that are not full frame
-Fixed a regression that prevented SX Servers from downscaling less than full frame HD files to SD.

      * Bug 8694 | MPEG2 encoding on SX Servers can fail
-Fixed an issue that could cause encoding of MPEG2 files on SX servers to fail with an exception.
