      * Bug 8331 | VOD "view" links show up for VODs that are not completed
-View links now only show up when the VOD has finished transcoding.

                          * Bug 8390 | Cablecast never re-discovers deleted VOD files
-VODs that enter the deleted state can now be rediscovered.

      * Bug 8403 | SX Servers can't play HD 4:3 files
-Files with a frame size of 1440x1080 pixels now play as intended.

                * Bug 8406 | Allow mezzination work folder to be configured
-A configuration setting has been added which allows the VOD mezzination directory to be changed.

      * Bug 8411 | Source Incomplete VODs never progress
-Fixed an issue where VODs that were waiting for source files would never be queued for transcoding, even after the source files were available.

                          * Bug 8425 | Control Modules service sometimes leave subprocess running
-CablecastDeviceControl service could leave utility processes running after it exited. These processes could interfere with the service's normal startup. CablecastDeviceControl now properly closes all utility processes before exiting.
