                * Bug 6453 | Support for Blackmagic Videohub Ethernet Protocol
-This release includes the BlackmagicVHCM with support for Blackmagic Videohub routers using the Ethernet Protocol.  This Control Module currently only address the primary outputs on Video Hub routers.

      * Bug 6467 | Wake commands have no effect
-Wake commands now fire a play followed by two stops to wake Generic IR devices from sleep.

      * Bug 6480 | Previously deleted files are not recognized by Digital File Managment
-Files that were once deleted are now picked up when placed back in a content folder.

      * Bug 6481 | Cablecast Service can hang indefinitely
-Different process in the Cablecast service sometimes could call on the same resource causing the service to hang.

      * Bug 6484 | Switches with Take Delays can be delayed
-Take delays were calculated twice causing delayed switches.

      * Bug 6496 | Deleting files in Digital File Management can delete the wrong file
-Deleting files in Digital File Management now uses the exact path of the file, not the showID.

                * Bug 6532 | SXEncoder can cause stability issues after numerous encodes
-The SX Encoder was starting a monitoring process for each encode which could overwhelm the system after numerous encodes.

      * Bug 6533 | SXEncodeMonitor starts on VOD servers creating error messsages.
-We no longer start the SXEncodeMonitor on non SX servers.

      * Bug 6534 | Some Invalid files can pass validation
-File Validation on SX Servers now require h.264 files require have stereo audio and mark reference mov files as invalid.
